This is my 5th pregnancy but second child. I'm 14 weeks.

My dr wanted me to get a nuchal translucency ultrasound but they never scheduled it. I went and paid for a regular ultrasound because im paranoid and wanted to make sure it's still there.

I was looking at my ultrasound and noticed quite a gap between the head and placenta. Which im not sure what it means. The baby was quite active and moving around quite a bit and she couldnt get the greatest images. My ultrasound lady also kept making comments about how small the baby was. Should I be concerned? Should I call my dr and ask them what it all means?
