Journal
I feel guilty because I haven't been keeping a journal as suggested. I know one day i want to look back and remember the hard times while celebrating the good. I do spy of journal because I send updates to my family daily. Anyone else journal? I promise I'm going to start. I did write a couple of days when it was really bad.
