Is it possible to ovulate on CD15 with a 21 Day cycle?

I did OPKs from CD6 to 12 and nothing but I noticed my cervix was high, soft and open a few days ago on CD15.

Answer

Yes, it just means you aren't likely to start your period on cd 21. I ovulate on cd 14-17, and have a 28-31 day cycle.
