Is it normal to have belly pain?

I've been having pain all day in my lower back and in my lower abdomen it feels like a knife stabbing me. It hurts really bad and I talked to my doctor about it and she said it was normal but am I the only one feeling this kinda pain it's scarring me. I'm not bleeding or anything but it kind of feels like I'm going to start my period. If anyone feels the same can you let me know so I don't feel like I'm the only one.... Thanks

How far along are you? I had a lot of mild-moderate cramping, mainly between weeks 5 and 11. I'm now 13 weeks and I'll still have some cramping once in awhile. My doctor said that as long as it's not severe and there's no bleeding it's totally normal, it's just the uterus stretching. During weeks 5-8 my abdominal muscles were incredibly sore too! That went away for awhile but it's coming back the last few days.

I've been having a week long stomach ache! I don't know what's going on, my stomach hurts like I'm constipated/ cramps like my period is about to start.  then I  start to feel nauseous and I eat something, feel a little better then the cycle starts over again! 😫
