CM help!!
I have a question about CM
I'm TTC and have never really noticed my Cm before. Last night my fiancé and I had sex and when he looked down there was a bunch of creamy stuff. Obviously it's that's not the ideal CM for fertility.
So how do you track your CM because I'm in my fertile window right now and very dry today.
Could the creamy CM just be from sex?
