I'm 7 weeks and on my second pregnancy. For my first pregnancy I was hungry all the time but this time I just eat a little bit and feel full for hours. I can't eat a normal size meal without feeling incredibly full half way through. I'm a little grateful because I'm not gaining weight like I did last time but I've never experienced this. Is anyone else experiencing this?
