Fit pregnancy - how?!

I am 7 weeks and 1 day with my second. My oldest is 9 and I was really young when I did this last time. I gave in to every craving and I gained an absurd and unhealthy amount of weight. Now I lift weights 5 days a week and I am extremely healthy. I began this pregnancy at 120 lbs and 13% body fat. Unfortunately this baby has me craving junk and sick at the thought of my usual chicken and veggies dinner. Do you ladies give into these cravings!?! How do I stay healthy when I am constantly unable to eat my healthy prep meals?
