How long did it take you to name your little one?

29weeks & having the hardest time coming up with a first name for my little one. 😕 I want to wait until I physically see her but my SO & family/friends keep asking & I feel bad saying," I don't know."

I'm due in 19 days and have no name chosen. The husband and I have a short list (5 names) and a middle name chosen that works with all our choices, but we will hold off on naming her until we see her face. I refuse to answer any questions about names though, for us it's top-secret! I don't appreciate people's opinions on my names generally.

I am 20+4 and we don't know the gender - as keeping it a surprise!

My 6 year old nearly left the hospital without a name. I'm glad we didn't go with any of the things we originally thought of. They would not have fit her.  This baby I think may be in the same boat. We have a few names we like for her but nothing set. We are feeling the pressure from everyone to pick a name but I'm only 30w

We didn't decide until about 4 hours after she'd been born. I really wanted to have some quality time with her before we decided. Will likely do the same with our second (EDD 4/23/15)

We are on baby #3 and my husband and I don't even talk names with each other until baby is born! Works out fine for us :)

There is nothing wrong with saying "we are waiting until we meet her until we decide on a name"

I also appease close family and friends by giving them a couple names I like, because of course I have a list of names I like ;)

A lot longer than it took to name my first. I'm 27weeka 5days with my second and ai have a feeling he won't have a name until after he's born. Boy names are soooo hard, especially when we can't agree on anything lol
