Depression/anxiety plus PMS
I suffer from depression and anxiety and I find it hard to keep them both under control when I'm PMS'ing its like I'm extra sensitive, emotional, and always worrying and thinking the worst. I especially feel needy and feel the need for constant reassure if I have a significant other. I don't want to be needy or feel like a burden every single month for a certain amount of time. Does anyone have tips on how to control it?
