Is it possible not to ovulate?

Normal cycles, varying from 26 to 31 days, period lasts about 5 days, all ok BUT:                 Today is CD 16 and NO LH Surge yet, is it possible not to ovulate ?!?

I'm in the sane boat. I'm on day 16 of my cycle and still haven't hit peak fertility. I'm scared im not ovulating either.

I think I ovulate soon after af.  My son is 7 now and I got pregnant 5 days after af stopped.  The only reason I know this is because I only had sex that one time

I'm on CD 21 and have been testing everyday for the last 7 days and still no surge. I am just as confused!!

Is it possible not to ovulate?
