How much is a good supply?

Question

I pump every 3 hours during the day and 11pm then 3am. I dropped my 7am pump to get a longer stretch of sleep. I'm getting around 36-40oz. Was it too soon to drop a pump? Baby girl will be a month Thursday.

I would give it a few days to see if your body adjusts well and if you are happy with your supply, then keep it! 😊 I would make sure to increase time pumping though to maintain supply! So to empty or 120 mins per day (divide number of times pumping by 120).

That sounds awesome. I get around 26oz a day and my LO is 5weeks old. I wish I had your supply. I would have my freezer stash built up In no time.
