Rhesus positive or negative?

Question

Hiya ladies so I'm not normally one to post ,but yesterday I received a letter saying I'm Rhesus negative and that I now have to undergo infections as I can be a possible risk to my baby if he or she has positive blood ! 
Are any of you going or have gone though this and can give me and words of wisdom !

I'm also RH- and expecting my 3rd. My 1st 2 babies were positive so I got the shot at 28 weeks and then again after birth. I've had no issues and both babies were born healthy:)

I'm glad to know I'm not sure a minority ,as the leaflet of information they sent me was pretty badly written so worried me

I've been through this too I'm - as well and you just gotta get a shot 3 times during you're pregnancy.

My friend is pregnant and her baby is positive and she's negative. She gets shots on her bum. Her baby is just fine and so is she! You will be fine :)

I'm negative as well. It's really not uncommon. You'll get a few shots to prevent your antibodies from attacking baby. All will be good 😊

You'll be fine!! You'll just have to get a shot at 28 weeks. And then, if the baby has a different blood type than yours, you'll have to get one right after you give birth. It just means that your baby wants to fight the baby but you will be okay!!!!!!!!! I have negative too. My doctor told me that if I have any severe bleeding (I'm guessing she meant miscarriage) then I'll have to get the shot. But it's more common than I thought it was. My mom had it too. It'll be okay!
