Light period!? Anyone else experience this?

My af was due Friday, September 11. I have been having brown spotting since Wednesday, September 9 and continued thoughout with a little red but super light not even enough to fill a tampon in a whole day. Thoughts? Anyone else experience this? Should I be worried? I have regular cycles and medium to heavy flow. Can stress cause a light period? Please help

For sure! Lots of things can delay ovulation like stress & new harder exercise routine. Sometimes it just happens later.

It could be that you ovulated a couple of days later than usual. 
If it never comes on strong, might be worth taking a test?
