Fat upper area !😩help!

This might be a little tmi but I have the area under my stomach right above my vagina a little cubby so when I wear a fitted dress it looks like a little chub there does anyone have this problem ? If so is there any tips I can have I really love fitted dresses, I just hate how it looks due to the fact that area is a little chubby.
