Kelley • Thankful for my amazing little family. Pregnant with our second! Hopeful for a healthy pregnancy. ❤️
My husband and I have been actively ttc for the past six months. I've recently become fed up with my body. I would like to be healthy, so I've began working out almost every day, along with portion control and clean eating. With this plan I was hoping to become fit before potential baby. However I am two days passed my missed period. I'd be extremely happy if baby just happened to come around, but have yet to get a positive pregnancy test. I know that every pregnancy is different, however I haven't had any pregnancy symptoms that occurred before I had my miscarriage in June. Other than feeling a bit cranky, dizzy, increased appetite, and exhausted there's not much there. My main question is if changing my diet around and working out could delay my period. I was wondering if it has happened to any other ladies. Thank you so much! Baby dust to all!

Simply clean eating with a cheat day every now and again, and the 21 day fix. The workouts make you sweat but it's not insanely vigorous.

I'm not sure what your new diet/workout plan is... But when I first began (I'm a fitness trainer now) I was over working myself and my body and experienced similar....
