So progesterone is rising after ovulation but when does it drop so you start af? I've heard if your getting progesterone sysmtoms after 7-10dpo you could be pregnant because progesterone drops before af shows...anyone?

Well progesterone picked up at 9dpo and hasn't subsided yet and im 12dpo af due tmw but I always get cramps and spotting the day before (today) and nothing. Yood sign?
