EWCM or preseed?

According to Glow, my fertile week started last Sunday. Hubby and I did a  lot of BDing all week long and used preseed each time we did. I keep testing with opks 2-3 times a day and still no positive. I did notice some times of EWCM when wiping, but I don't know if it is natural or from the preseed? Currently on Cd 19 and still no positive opk. Any thoughts??

Aww well at least you got the ball rolling and they started the process. Did they say how the u/s looked? Did the u/s lead them to suspect pcos? PCOS is manageable and depending on your specific type, it might not be too difficult to get pregnant. Since everything is a bit undetermined, I would just wait till they tell you what the labs reveal. You might need more tests but hopefully not and hopefully it is not endo as well. Trying to conceive is not easy and the roller coaster takes a toll on the emotions. When will they have some answers for you?

This photo is from yesterday after testing- not FMU. My son woke up at 2a so I ended up being awake till 5a so this is maybe a 3 hr hold on 10 dpo, maybe 11 dpo. I don't temp said I'm not 100%.
 I didn't take a picture of the dollar store positives from last night or this AM (w/fmu). I don't want too much on my phone till I tell my hubs. Calling my OB tom to get labs because I had low progesterone with my son. Might need to supplement.

Ok, 3 hr hold because my son had me up from 2-6 again! He is teething mollars ugh. I am either 12 or 13dpo and this is a dollar store brand. Pic taken at the 7 min mark. Test can be read anywhere from 2-10 min. Calling my doc now to chat labs 😊 still not sinking in.......

I have long cycles and was told on cd33 that I had either just ovulated or was about to ovulate. I didn't get a positive opk until yesterday. That was cd46. I ovulated today ( strong o pains left sided, ewcm positive opk cd47) Keep testing with your opk's. This is also my first cycle on metformin for borderline diabetes. How long after using the preseed are you checking cm. I read if you wait 4-6 hours after sex you can check cm. maybe samething with preseed? Try googling it and see what you find. With your opk's being that dark I would think you have a high chance of being fertile. And you may be having some ewcm as well. Good luck and baby dust to you.

I have never been a temping type so I am not suited to respond but from my knowledge, the temp would need to rise slightly from the .10 degree in order to confirm O. Glad your u/s, day 3 labs and thyroid were normal. Did the day 3 labs include FSH, AMH and E2 levels? As for the opk's, the second one from Saturday and the one this morning look almost full blown positive. What is strange is the light results from yesterday. LH usually does that gradual faint line to positive as you surge so it is odd that it fluctuates. You might have to confirm O with progesterone labs at your OBs office. Also this cycle could be annovulatory. Since your cycles have had a 15 day range it might be too early to tell or you could just be expecting a period without ovulation. Have you ever been checked for pcos? I know the doc said your u/s looked good but that still doesn't mean you don't fall under the pcos spectrum. I have no cysts on my ovaries but have been a pcoser for over 15yrs (diagnosed at 18).
