Anyone going through this?

I am 4 weeks today and I am very bloated. I can't button up my pants and need pant extention. Anyone else going through this? Is this normal

Meee I'm to the point where I barely sleep cuz it's uncomfortable and I sleep on my stomach smh not to mention I'm a lil constipated

Me! But, I had a friend recommend stool softeners that her dr recommended when she was pregnant. Ducolax in the pink box, to be specific. If I go more than three days without a BM I get huge and crampy and miserable. I take one of those at dinner and by the morning I'm going. And then I feel so much better and my pants fit better. This may be TMI: the first time I tried it I had been 6 days without a BM and I literally lost 5 lbs in 24 hours of using the medicine.

I'm in need of a belly band already and considering going try on a pair of maternity jeans tomorrow! I've been wearing my "fat" pants in the meantime 😀 ... gasx does work wonders too 😁
