How can you tell if you have twins?

Any symptoms to know if u are carrying twins?

I know this sounds crazy but I have a feeling I might be pregnant with twins

I've heard that symptoms can be more intense but I think that differs person to person. 
I've heard high HCG levels can be an indicator as well as spotting in the first tri. 
And I also heard that early round ligament pains can also be a sign. 
If all those things are true I think I'm having twins lol 
But really you don't know until an ultrasound, you can have all of those and not have twins and same vice versa. It's just a mystery until we get to peek :)
