So I went in and had my Mirena taken out on Tue. I was on my period when they removed it and had been since Sunday. My Mirena had been in for almost 8 years, and was surprisingly still working! My OB said that I should have some light cramping and that my cycle would be normal the following month. Well I started my period again on Thur. I'm so confused at how I can track my period accurately to know when I'm ovulating.
