Okay baby girl is 11 weeks and I pump for her exclusively, I know it's normal for breastfed babies to go up to 10 days without pooping but it's not normal for MY baby. She poops every day, usually at least twice. Nice yellowy mustardy poops, like normal. 3 days ago her poops started to slow, she went a whole day without pooping but pooped first thing the next morning and was fine, it's now been almost 48 hours since she's pooped and her stomach is hurting her to the point it's waking her up at night (we've been up since 2, it's now 4:30) and I've given her gas drops and gripe water, that doesn't help. I'm at a loss, if her poops just stopped and she wasn't in any discomfort I wouldn't worry but she's clearly in pain, I'm debating taking her to the ER if this next bottle doesn't make her go. I just made her a half formula/half breastmilk bottle to see if that'll help. I guess I'm just curious if anyone has had something similar happen and what was the outcome? Is this normal? Should I take her in?
