I was on the depo shot for four years.. I haven't had it in almost three. I'm recently after that long just getting my period back. It's extremely abnormal and hurts a lot. It's kind of the reason I went on the depo because I can't handle my period, it hurts, and it's always extremely heavy and there's so much. Is there any way to lighten a period? Make it less painful and gone within seven days? I need help and advice, please?
