Ugh... I'm 16 + 4 & only feel fat

I was 170# to start with and am 165# now. Some of my friends say I'm am.staying to pop and I just feel fat. Then I asked my bf if I looked pregnant or fat, he didn't answer and just said "I'd still hit it". Ugh! Can twenty weeks just be here so I look more pregnant!?
