We've been TTC since May 2013. I was diagnosed with PCOS officially in Feb 2015, we've been doing everything we can to become pregnant. We've been doing medicated cycles since April 2015 using clomid. Due to some health problems that my husband was having we had to not continue this month with the medicated cycles but for the first time in 5 years my AF came on her own (no BC or provera to start it) I have been using ovulation tests since the end of AF I'm cycle day 14 still no surge nothing. I know it's common with PCOS to not obtain a positive OPK and because of my crazy work schedule my temps are never taken at the same time of day so the doctor says they are not accurate. However, has anyone with PCOS become pregnant without a positive OPK? I'm just starting to lose hope that these treatments will ever work.
