Couks Having HPV hinder chances of conception

I have been diagnosed with high risk HPV .. after talking to my doctor and asking if that would affect my partner , I come to find out I have passed it on to him as genital warts they are not the bad kind or anything just a few here and there . I've never had the warts .. but we have been having unprotected sexton and trying to conceived for about a year without any success . Any thoughts or recommendations on this matter please !
