Overwhelmed will it affect my baby?

Im always sad now i cry alot im very overwhelmed with being pregnant along with other obstacles in life Will this affect my baby

The good news is that crying releases stress-relieving hormones!! 
I sort of wonder if that's why we do it so easily in pregnancy :)
I'm sorry you have felt so overwhelmed. I certainly have for parts of this pregnancy too.

I have been feeling the same way , mood swings are horrible!! Some parts of the day I'm content and happy and others crying .. Your not alone!

No Hun it's normal to feel overwhelmed and emotional. Take a break and go for walks, clear your mind. If your excessively upset don't be afraid to confide in a family member/friend and your doctor. It's a huge life change and it's normal.

I did read that stress hormones can reach the baby.

I know your situation may be unavoidable but you should try to find an outlet for stress. Even if it's only like 10mins, maybe some meditation, yoga or a leisurely walk. I'm a very anxious person myself and I find these types of activities help me.

Is there someone you can talk to at church or a counseling center so you can have help sorting some of these feeling out?
