What helped you increase your fertile cm to get your bfp my week is coming up next week!

Hi Shae... My fertile week is next week too! 4 th cycle TTC. Drink lots and lots of water! I've also been using mucinex but only because I've needed bebedryl to help me sleep a couple times. I wanted to counter the drying effect of the antihistamine. 😁. Baby dust to you! 👣

I take all just make sure it's plain cough medicine n mucinex.
