so im 4 days late but havent taken a test yet im waiting til this sunday to see what happens through the week but im also have a cold runy nose sore throat is it ok to take ibuprofen i need somthing for the pain an fever im scared to take anything cause if im pregnant i dont want to harm the baby but im miserable so what can i take for this cold?...plz help
