Swelling

Okay so this may be TMI but just really curious... My husband & I had sex the night before last I am currently 29 weeks & 5 days with my 3rd child I have had some swelling down "there" & it doesn't seem to be going down, it hurts to walk or even move my legs. I've been taking Tylenol & it doesn't help the pain the swelling hasn't gotten worse but it definitely hasn't gotten better, what could I do to help the pain & possibly get the swelling to go down or should I call my doctor & go in a couple weeks early (my next appointment is September 29th) HELP
