So I started my period earlier this month and it ended in the 10th. It was very very light and I didn't really need to use a tampon or a pad so I used a panty liner. I know it wasn't spotting because I had the worst cramps. Well I just went to the bathroom(tmi) and as soon as I sat down this thick mass of blood just came out of me. It was about the size of my hand...is this normal?
