Ok so today my boyfriend has not texted be back all day but has time to text his best friend and post thing on Facebook but when I do it to him he has an attued idk what to do

Mines the same pisses me off when I know he's been online at work but can't find the time to text back so I just ignore him now and make him chase me.. Taken me two years to realise this but trust me it works!

Ah I'm right there with you.  Just told my SO yesterday that I was pregnant and he said he was excited but I haven't heard from him at all today it's been almost 20 hours since his last text and I know he's been on Facebook

Talk to him about how u feel about him doing that..and ask him why he didn't reply..and if he gives u answer like "I didn't get a text" don't believe him..that usually means something is up..or u can stop texting him or calling and hold ur ground until he decides to contact u..
