Just talked to HR about my leave.....I only get 6 weeks, and I have to use my sick leave during that time first! I have 13 days of sick leave (if I don't take any off from now until then) and then I have to start paying for my sub out of my check! It's bullshit. I even checked on FMLA and found out I COULD take off 12 weeks, but the additional weeks would be unpaid 😑 AND I can only take 46 days off a school year or I don't move up the pay scale next year.....anyone else frustrated by their leave???
