Is Diarrhea a sign of early pregnancy?

And I was wondering if stomach tightness is, stomach tightness has gotten so bad at times that it affects my dreams and make its way into my dreams... I also had some sticky clear discharge the other day. I havent taken a test because my ovulation date it supposed to be this coming up week, but my last period was lighter then usual and im not sure if that means anything. If anyone knows and could help me with some answers that would be very much appreciated.
