From the Depo shot to the pill
My first birth control method was the Depo, I started this February. Then I told my lady dr that I would like to change because the side effects were really bad on my body. Of course, during the Depo shot, I had to take 1000 mg of Calcium daily. As I changed to a low dose of the bc pill in May, my dr told me to continue taking my calcium everyday for several more months. It is now September, and I'm still taking my calcium but when do I stop!?!? Calcium makes me so constipated honestly and it's become really bothersome and sometimes hurts!
