Anyone else?

I am having sharp pains mostly when standing right above my vagina in the pelvic region. Is anyone else having these? I am a FTM so want to make sure this is normL. It just feels like her head has really dropped low.

Mine has been playing with me, I just call it head banging now. She drops then goes back up then drops then goes back up. Some days I can barely walk the shooting pains others it's like meh she's back up. It's funny because I had the vagina pain bad 27-32/33 weeks she was extremely low the whole pregnancy. Then when they normally start dropping she went all the way up. I woke up on morning with her in my lungs, and horrendous stretch marks. At least my vagina got some relief.

I believe this is lightening crotch!! I have this too. The only relief is when I am laying on my side! Does mean baby is engaged though, which is good news :) x

It's normal. It just means baby is low and engaged. It's a good thing

Me too! Some days it's worse than others tho. The other day we were apple picking and it would stop me dead in my tracks and make me bend over

That's how I've been for a bit. I'm also a ftm and had my first check today at 39+6. She's dropped very low but is still not 100% engaged, evidently, so my theory is the pain is her knocking about down there and pushing on nerves with her little head.
