No pregnancy syptoms is there something wrong??

I'm 7 weeks tomorrow and i have heartburn and a little cramping but thats it. I don't feel pregnant at all. Does anyone else feel this way too? And is it normal?

Last pregnancy other than a Lil cramping and some lite brown spotting around week 5 I was fine until week 7 then morning sickness ran up and punched me in the gut! This time I am only 4w4d so still early all I've had was a bit of implantation bleeding and some cramping for a couple days.

No pregnancy syptoms is there something wrong??
