Provera - help?!

I had a blood pregnancy test about 3 weeks ago. It was negative so the doctor started me on Provera. My period shouldn't started today (10 days after last Provera is normal for me). But I've been feeling really weird lately so I took an hpt just to make myself stop wondering. I was absolutely shocked when it came up BFP right away.  The test with weeks estimator says I ovulated and conceived 2-3 weeks ago.  Will the Provera cause any issues?  Please help!  It's my first pregnancy and I'm so excited but also worried. (TTC 8 months)
