I just got a interview for today and I'm currently 32 weeks pregnant what if they don't hire me because of this

It would be discrimination (and illegal) to not hire you because you are pregnant but they can decide someone else is better for the position.  You wouldn't know their true reasoning unfortunately

Legally they can't not hire you because you're pregnant. However, they can hire someone else because they were a better fit for the position.

I am 26weeks pregnant and I had an interview yesterday. They probably won't hire me b/c I am pregnant but I know they won't tell me that's the reason

They won't say why they didn't hire you they will just say they found a better fit.  I mean why would a company want to hire someone that is going to need time off so soon?  It sucks but they are running a business.

I got re hired back at a job at 26 weeks but they needed someone who knew the position and that's why

If they are looking to fill that position now you'll be over looked because one your in your last trimester and you'll be heading into maternity leave.  Hopefully they will grant you another opportunity at a later time to interview.

I don't think they can say it's because you're so far in your pregnancy as that would be discrimination but I'm sure they could find a different reason to not hire you. Best of luck
