Why isn't "tender breasts" an option under my log?

In my chart of symptoms it lists tender breasts,  but there is no where to select it when completing my log!

On the log there's a physical symptoms check/x and if you click on the words physical symptoms they have sore breasts near the bottom as well as a whole bunch of other symptoms!
