First prenatal appointment?

So due to insurance troubles I wasn't able to get into an obgyn or midwife. I was going to my regular doctor just for a couple check ups on my health, not necessarily the babies. I was able to finally get into an appointment with a midwife for tomorrow. I'm 16 weeks and 3 days. I was just wondering what to expect at this appointment? Will anything be different since I am further along?
