I do home health as a nurse. To make a long story short, the way I have to get my patient further back in his chair is he leans his chair back and I have to push him forward hug him from the back and pull him backwards at an angle. Well this morning was the first time I've done it since finding out I'm pregnant and it hurt my breasts so bad that I wasn't able to do it properly.

I didn't want to tell work I'm pregnant til after my first appt.....how should I go about it? I find it ungodly awkward to tell him my breasts hurt to much to do it
