Rh - and didn't get shot after miscarriage....anyone else?

Looking for some advice,  I didn't think of it the day I went into the Dr while I was having a miscarriage so I asked my Dr's nurse when I found out I was pregnant again and she said they usually don't give them before 12 weeks. Does this sound right to you?

They gave it to me with a 4wk MC so I don't know what the exact protocol is....

I got it at 6 weeks because i was spotting

I would mention it to your doc but don't let it scare you.

They can do an antibody test to see if it mixed. You're supposed to get rhogam within 48 hrs of any bleeding within pregnancy. No matter how far along you are. I got it at 5 wks this pregnancy bc I had some light spotting. When I miscarried I also got it after spotting, before the miscarriage. They make different doses for that reason. You could certainly be fine but I'd be adamant about getting the blood test.

That's true you get the shot later in your preg but if you have a miscarriage they give you the shot right after as well.
