I had my baby 10 days ago. When my milk came in I was so engorged. The lactation consultant had me pump and I was producing almost 10 oz so she said i had to pump a little after each feeding. It was that much for a few days.My baby has been having to be woken up to eat but gaining weight great so often I've been going 3 hours between feedings and feeding her pumped milk in between but not pumping so often. Today I tried to pump and I'm barely producing 3 oz. has my milk started drying from not feeding so often? If I increase my feedings / pumping can it increase again?
