How long does sperm stay in your vagina?

Do they stay alive or die?

Is it possible to get pregnant from that?

Sperm can live 3-5 days in you when you are fertile...just waiting on that egg to show up.

I've heard boy sperm "swim" faster than girl sperm, but girl sperm live longer than boys sperm. Thoughts or input?

They will live up to 5 days, but they swim so they aren't likely to hang out in your vagina.

Sperm only stay in the vagina if cervix isn't open. Otherwise they swim through the uterus straight to the fallopian tubes. If the sperm can survive in the acidic enviroment for the length of time it takes for your cervix to open, than yes there is a small chance for you to get pregnant.

Sperm die in the acidic environment of the vagina, they can also be eaten by white blood cells in your uterus. They can live upwards of 7 days in your fallopian tubes, where they will hopefully join up with and egg (if you're TTC) and then the blastocyst will implant in your endometrial lining and then hopefully you'll make it full term.
