SSRIs and reaching climax

So I've been on lexapro for 1.5 years for depression/anxiety and it is so hard to orgasm, I am usually so dry and not in the mood, but even when I am it takes so much stimulation with lube. Are there better alternatives? I've gotten past all the other side effects and don't want to deal with withdrawal symptoms. I'm considering wellbutrin but my insurance changed and I need to find a new doctor. I want a good sex life again!
