Hi girls! I just found/ joined your group, I hope that is ok!I'm turning 33 in December and my husband and I are TTC #1! We have been married just over 5 years. We got pregnant and lost it in March 2014. It was unplanned but got super excited. This is our 2nd month of really trying (tracking, ovulation tests...). I would like to wait a couple more years but I'm not getting younger! Anyway, stay positive and have fun with the process!!

Hi everyone! Thanks for starting this new group! I'm 31 (32 in December). TTC #1 with my husband. Started trying this spring, had two early miscarriages this summer, am taking a break this fall and I guess we will try again this winter. I can't wait to start our family! Feeling so impatient, nervous and scared. The miscarriages just added a whole new level of worry to all this nonsense. I feel like my body is this bizarre machine with a mind of its own! Haha. I thought I had it all under control, then TTC makes you all crazy. 😜

I am going through a miscarriage at the moment. It is my first pregnancy. I was obsessed with looking up whether my symptoms were normal, so that I can keep hope that everything would be ok. However, my bestie had the same happen on her first pregnancy and she was able to walk me through how painful it gets. Now she is 17 weeks pregnant with her first child and got pregnant before her next period came after the miscarriage. The doctor said to stay positive because the pregnancy happened quickly and odds are that the next one will be healthy. I pray that this does not a happen again, on a pain scale of 1-10 it was over 10.

I got a positive result after TTC cycle #1 last month, we had sex 3x per week in August. My LMP was July 29th, this is my first pregnancy. I went in for an ultrasound this week, which was 6.5 wks, but baby showed 5.5 wks, no heartbeat yet, doc said 1) I may have ovulated late or 2) baby stopped growing. I'm nervous to miscarry, I started to get cramps and brown spotting this week too. My next u/s is on Thurs. to see if there is any progress.

Thank you for the support! I appreciate your comments, I will let you know how the u/s goes next week. I treated myself to a sub for lunch, I always eat healthy but the comfort food hit the spot!

On my response, I meant enjoy the moment of being pregnant (not if something happens that you wouldn't want). Didn't want to come across insensitive. :)

Good luck Lisa! I just finished my second round of clomid and am obsessed with whether it "worked" or not. 34 and TTC for 9 months. This is exhausting!

Any one previously on BC? I just cycled through month 3- and have been regular month one:28 days, month two: 27 days and just finished AF last week with month three: 26 days- anyone have a similar experience this descending order is weird to me!? Does the regularity mean my fertility will be good!? Also today 1st day of fertile window- still contemplating waiting one more month to start TTC!

I was ok BC for 12 years and stopped taking it after getting married 4 years ago. My cycle is erratic, it ranges from 18-28 days. My doc said if it's too short and I'm TTC that there may not be enough time to implant. We tried for the first time last month and it worked! u/s was iffy though.

Hi! I'm in the same boat. Went off BC a few months ago after 10+ years. Had a regular cycle, then a weird short cycle. It was during a stressful time and my doctor said not to worry unless it starts happening more often. Ever since then I've been really regular with 26/27 day cycles.

I just went off BC too (in August). I got AF 29 days later but I was using OPKs and never say a positive so I really don't know if or when I ovulated. Tracking using OPKs this month and temping. Still trying to figure it all out but hopefully my body is working its way towards normal cycles!
