Suggestions Please ☺️

So almost every time I have sex, couple days after I get a UTI. I'm very active, drink lots of water, pretty healthy life style and try not to over wash. Unfortunately I haven't been able to find a good way to put a stop to this. Does this happen to anyone else? Or have any suggestions
