Implantation spotting and PCOS HELP!!

Ttc i had my period 8/17- 8/22 glow announced that my ovulation day was 9/1- 9/3 in which I experienced light spotting which I believe is ovulation spotting. My period is supposed to start on the 9/17 but yesterday (9/14) I experienced brown spotting in my underwear and light pink when I wipe...I have PCOS and I've had regular periods for 6 months now and i am wondering if this is implantation spotting or low progesterone. I dont have any cramps and I've noticed I'm urinating more frequently my breast aren't sore...I'm just confused and would like someone's input on this please!
