I am going on vacation with my family and wanted to surprise them with the news. My Drs appt was supposed to be two days before we left and they called and changed it to the day after we get home...ugh. No openings before we leave. I have gotten positive urine tests and got a positive blood test yesterday. According to glow I am 10+2. Do you thinks it's ok to tell everyone without having seen the dr? I'm so nervous that something's wrong.
