I'm 5w4d, yesterday I woke up to bleeding, like a period. It filled up a pantie liner and that was it. No clots, very slight pain. They checked my hcg and they said they're still very high. They did an ultrasound, saw a very good sac and yolk sac, but no baby or fetal pole. Also said there was no bleeding around the sac either. They said to go to the doctors in two weeks to get another scan done to see if there's a baby yet...  Scared that I'm having a miscarriage. The bleeding has stopped, but has this happened to anyone? Not see anything at 5 weeks but later see something and the baby be perfectly fine?
